Sweet cured salami

Traditional Lucanian salami ideal for appetizers and platters, to be eaten raw, preferably opening the package about 30 minutes before consumption. The salami is matured for 25/30 days and is handcrafted with selected pork raised outdoors.

Ingredients
Lucanian pork, salt, sweet pepper powder, wild fennel seeds, natural pork casing

Packaging
250g vacuum packs.
To be stored in a cool, dry place. Shelf life 6 months.
