Traditional Lucanian stretched curd cheese ideal for appetizers, main courses, side dishes and cheese platters. It is handcrafted with cow’s milk from Podolica breed animals raised on pasture in the Basilicata area.

Podolica cow’s milk, rennet, salt

Packaging
Vacuum packs of 400 - 450 gr.
To be stored in the refrigerator at 4 degrees, expiry 30 days if stored correctly.
