Cacioricotta

Traditional Lucanian cheese with a sweet flavor with a soft and compact white texture, without rind. Ideal for appetizers and cheese platters and as a condiment for first courses.
Cacioricotta is handcrafted with goat’s milk, animals raised on pasture in the Collina Materana area.

Ingredients
Goat’s milk, rennet, salt.

Packaging
Vacuum packs of 340 - 360 gr.
To be stored in the refrigerator at 4 degrees, shelf life of 6 months if stored correctly
