Ricotta salata

Traditional Lucanian cheese with a truncated cone shape with a sweet flavor and ivory colour. Ideal for appetizers and cheese platters and as a condiment for first courses.
Ricotta salata is handcrafted with sheep and goat’s milk, animals raised on pasture in the Collina Materana area with a short maturing process.

Sheep and goat’s milk, sheep and goat whey, salt

Packaging
Vacuum packs of 160 - 180 gr.
To be stored in the refrigerator at 4 degrees, shelf life of 6 months if stored correctly
