Semi-spicy cured salami

Traditional Lucanian salami ideal for appetizers and platters, to be eaten raw, preferably opening the package about 30 minutes before consumption. The salami is matured for 25/30 days and is handcrafted with selected pork raised outdoors. Slightly spicy taste.

Ingredients
Lucanian pork, salt, spicy pepper powder, wild fennel seeds, natural pork casing

Packaging
250g vacuum packs.
To be stored in a cool, dry place. Shelf life 6 months.
