Spicy fresh Pezzente
Traditional Lucanian cured meat with a very strong flavour, ideal for cooking, pizzas, bruschetta, pasta and barbecue. The Salumificio Don Francesco is a Slow Food presidium for the production of Pezzente della Montagna Materana. Spicy taste.
