Cured Lucanian black pig Pezzente

Cured meat aged for about 30/40 days from ancient Lucanian traditions, ideal for cold cuts or for sauces and pizza with a very strong flavour. The Salumificio Don Francesco is a Slow Food presidium for the production of Pezzente della Montagna Materana.
Produced with pasture-raised Lucanian black pig meat.

Ingredients
Lucanian black pork meat, salt, Senise PGI pepper powder, wild fennel seeds, fresh garlic, natural pork casing.

250g vacuum packs
To be stored in a cool, dry place. Shelf life 6 months.
