Cured Lucanian black pig Pezzente

Cured meat aged for about 30/40 days from ancient Lucanian traditions, ideal for cold cuts or for sauces and pizza with a very strong flavour. The Salumificio Don Francesco is a Slow Food presidium for the production of Pezzente della Montagna Materana.
Produced with pasture-raised Lucanian black pig meat. Spicy taste due to the presence of Senise PGI chilli pepper.

Lucanian black pork meat, salt, Senise PGI pepper, wild fennel seeds, fresh garlic, natural pork casing.
