Semi-seasoned caciocavallo podolico

Typical Lucanian oval-shaped cheese with a strong flavor matured in caves for 6 to 9 months.
Ideal for starters, main courses, side dishes and cheese platters. It is handcrafted with cow’s milk from Podolica breed animals raised on pasture in the Basilicata area.

Podolica cow’s milk, rennet, salt.

To be stored in the refrigerator at 4 to 6 degrees, shelf life 9 months if stored correctly
