Pistachio soppressata

The soppressata with Stigliano pistachio is produced from the noblest and leanest parts of the pig, it is matured for approximately 30-40 days and is ideal for appetizers and cold cuts platters. It is the result of the union of two excellent products from the Stigliano area: pistachio and artisanal cured meats. The pistachio soppressata has an exceptional flavor and is handcrafted according to the Lucanian tradition with selected pasture-raised pork meat.
