Lucanian Canestrato semi-seasoned

Traditional Lucanian cheese with a basket-shaped shape, ideal for appetizers and cheese platters, aged for 3 to 4 months with a generally sweet flavour. Canestrato Lucano is handcrafted with goat’s and sheep’s milk, animals raised on pasture in the Collina Materana area.

Goat and sheep’s milk, ferments, rennet, salt, lysozyme.
